Audio Connect

This is our most accessible and popular service. It's designed for simplicity and comfort, requiring nothing more than a standard phone. Audio calls are perfect for seniors who are not comfortable with technology, offering the warmth and consistency of a friendly voice on a regular schedule. The power of a listening ear and a reliable conversation is often all it takes to bridge the emotional gaps of loneliness.

Video Connect

For seniors who are comfortable with technology and have an internet-enabled device, video calls offer a more personal and engaging experience. This service allows for a more "face-to-face" connection, where seniors can see their associate's friendly face, share visual cues, and feel a closer sense of presence, despite the physical distance.

In-Person Connect

Our in-person visits provide the most personal form of companionship. An associate will meet with the senior at their home or a mutually agreed-upon location. These visits can involve a wide range of activities, from sharing a cup of tea, going for a walk, or simply sitting together and chatting. The physical presence of a compassionate companion can be incredibly powerful in making a senior feel valued, seen, and truly connected.

Community Connect

Beyond one-on-one connections, we also offer opportunities for seniors to engage with their community and the world around them. These can be small-group activities like going to a park, a museum, or a local community event. These services are optional and can be organized based on a senior’s interest and location.
